I am really proud of myself. (and it’s been a long time since I felt this good about myself)I’m at day5 of the 1O day plank challenge which means I can do a 1 Minute 15 Seconds plank! Also, I’m sticking with my exercise plan for two weeks now (6 days a week for 3O minutes each day) Feeling good and proud of yourself feels amazing!
